Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to make purchases or take desired actions. You will also handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce products/services, highlight key features, and persuade customers to make purchases or take desired actions.
- Inbound Call Handling: Respond to incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns effectively.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by converting leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback. Update customer databases regularly with relevant information.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with prospective customers to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and encourage them to make purchases.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share feedback, and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
