Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our company with professionalism and courtesy. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels, including email, website, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing relevant information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas.
- Record accurate and detailed notes of all interactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow up effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance performance and contribute to team success.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum education qualification: 12th pass to Graduate.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility over the phone.
- Persuasive and confident demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be between 18 to 40 years of age.
