Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to make purchases or take desired actions. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct proactive outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and convince potential customers to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling a consultation.
- Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from existing customers or individuals interested in our offerings. Address their inquiries, provide information about products/services, assist with problem resolution, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers through effective communication and attentive listening. Understand their needs, preferences, and concerns to offer personalized solutions and maintain long-term relationships.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management. Consistently strive to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all calls, including details of conversations, outcomes, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports summarizing call activities, sales achievements, and challenges encountered.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times. Ensure that all interactions with customers are conducted professionally, ethically, and under regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 12th to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders (male, female, and others).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
