Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively convey the benefits of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place calls to individuals or businesses from a provided list or database.
- Promotional Activities: Introduce and promote our products/services to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to pass on to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during calls to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Information Gathering: Collect necessary information from customers and accurately record it in the system.
- Problem Resolution: Address any queries or concerns raised by customers promptly and professionally.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the team lead or supervisor.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Follow company scripts and guidelines while making calls to maintain consistency and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (high school) up to graduate level.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
