Job Title: Telecaller

2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions or information. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times to ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to close deals and generate revenue for the company.
4. Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and upsell additional products/services. Keep detailed records of interactions, customer inquiries, and sales transactions for future reference.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product/service offerings, pricing, promotions, and any changes or updates. Be prepared to answer questions and provide accurate information to customers.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to share insights, best practices, and strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) is required. Graduates are also welcome to apply.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service, is required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
