Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our offerings and persuasively explaining the benefits.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions or information.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate product/service features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers, aiming to generate interest and drive sales.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts, capturing essential information, and updating our CRM system accordingly.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads who have shown interest but haven't made a commitment yet, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the sales process.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management, demonstrating consistent performance and contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the team leader or supervisor regarding customer interactions, market trends, and suggestions for improvement. Prepare and submit accurate reports on a timely basis.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction while maintaining a positive brand image.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate. A higher level of education is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or telecalling roles, preferably in a similar industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
