Job Description: Telecaller

Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our customer acquisition and retention efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone, providing them with information about our products/services and persuading them to take desired actions, such as purchasing or subscribing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively to potential customers, aiming to secure their interest and commitment.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns, addressing any questions they may have, and providing relevant information to encourage their engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Sales Conversion: Employ persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales or appointments. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any concerns, and facilitate the sales process. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders; male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to engage and persuade individuals over the phone, with a confident and articulate demeanor.
