4. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships, gather feedback, and facilitate conversions or upselling opportunities.
5. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update information in the database, and track progress to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
6. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation while adhering to quality standards and company policies.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, departments, and stakeholders to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to overall organizational success.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification from 12th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
