5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers or leads to nurture relationships, gather feedback, and upsell additional products or services.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the company's database or CRM system.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and sales managers to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving individual and team goals.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role is preferred.
3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female alike.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English are essential. Additional proficiency in local languages is a plus.
6. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales over the phone.
7. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers' needs.
8. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with persistence and resilience.
