Job Description: Telecaller

Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads or set up appointments. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively communicating our products/services and engaging potential clients in meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists or databases. Introduce our products/services and highlight their benefits to stimulate interest and generate sales leads.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling. Gather relevant information about the prospect's needs, budget, and timeline to determine their level of interest and purchasing intent.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads. Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth handover of leads to the sales department for further follow-up and conversion.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-up calls. Address any inquiries or concerns raised by the customers and provide accurate information to assist them in making informed decisions.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Maintain a high level of productivity and strive to continuously improve performance metrics.
- Data Management: Accurately record all interactions and updates in the CRM system. Keep track of progress on leads, update customer information, and maintain organized records for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or telemarketing role.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders (male, female, and others).
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to influence customer decisions.
- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team.
- Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service.
