As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, connecting with customers to promote our products/services and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to promote our products/services and generate interest.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by providing accurate information about our products/services, addressing their queries, and resolving any concerns they may have.
3. Sales Conversion: Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
4. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, maintain customer relationships, and facilitate repeat business. Keep detailed records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
5. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during customer interactions. Ensure ethical conduct and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve collective goals. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade (High School Diploma) required. Graduates preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Age: Must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders (male, female, and others).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate product/service features persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
• Resilience: Resilient and adaptable to handle rejection or objections positively. Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other telecommunication tools. Comfortable with basic MS Office applications.
• Ethical Conduct: Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions.
