Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our organization, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and convert leads into sales. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, handle incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service to all callers. This role requires a proactive attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt to various customer needs and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively to generate interest and secure sales appointments or conversions.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers. Address their queries, provide information about products/services, and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and courteously.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions, in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and contribute to overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role.
- Age: Must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
