Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate leads. You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Customer Follow-up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and provide assistance with any inquiries or issues they may have.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining their level of interest and suitability for our products/services.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our database and update information as necessary.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues in sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree. A diploma or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and build rapport quickly.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help and assist customers in meeting their needs and solving their problems.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using computers and CRM software for data entry, updating records, and generating reports.
- Positive Attitude: Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
