Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. - Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads through cold calling, referrals, and other methods. - Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members, including sales representatives and managers, to coordinate efforts, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the team. Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduate. While formal education is important, we value individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, regardless of their educational background.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications, sales, or customer service industry. Experience in outbound calling and customer relationship management will be highly advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably local languages. The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively is essential for success in this role.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. A customer-centric approach and a positive attitude are essential for fostering positive customer relationships.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data management and reporting purposes.
