Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for initiating and maintaining communication with potential customers via telephone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to engage further.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation techniques. Maintain a high level of productivity to meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Ensure data confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture relationships and guide prospects through the sales funnel. Keep detailed records of follow-up activities and outcomes.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts, provide relevant information, and facilitate the conversion of leads into sales. Assist in achieving overall sales targets and objectives.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
- Persistence: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with resilience and persistence.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bilaspur-Himachal Pradesh.
