As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by engaging with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and contributing to our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments for further discussions.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs, addressing their queries, and providing relevant information about our offerings. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and revenue generation. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize productivity and achieve performance metrics.
- Follow-up and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, outcomes, and follow-up actions required. Ensure timely follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate conversions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services, pricing, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer inquiries. Continuously enhance product knowledge through training sessions and self-study.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while interacting with customers and handling sensitive information. Uphold ethical business practices and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (SSC) up to graduation. Candidates with higher qualifications or relevant certifications will be preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role with a minimum of 3 years in outbound calling, sales, or customer service. A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (add language if applicable) and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate information clearly, persuasively, and with confidence.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers, build rapport quickly, and handle objections effectively. Empathetic listening skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and maintaining records.
- Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection, overcome objections, and persistently pursue sales opportunities. Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
