Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers and handling incoming calls from existing clients. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales conversions through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
- Inbound Call Handling: Respond promptly to incoming calls from existing or potential customers. Address inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues or complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process. Provide timely follow-up calls to move leads through the sales funnel and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service. Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term loyalty.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Gather feedback from customers to contribute to product/service improvements and enhance overall customer experience.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed predefined performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets. Regularly review performance reports and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi. Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
