Job Description:
Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone? We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you'll play a crucial role in our organization by reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services, and persuading them to take desired actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list or leads generated through various channels.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers, highlighting how they can meet their needs or solve their problems.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through engaging conversations, gathering relevant information, and assessing their interest and suitability.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing accurate information, addressing their queries or concerns, and offering assistance as needed.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel and facilitating the conversion process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of calls, inquiries, and outcomes, using our CRM software.
- Feedback Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer responses, market trends, and competitor activities to enhance our strategies and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Education: The minimum qualification required is 10th grade, although a higher educational background is preferred. Graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or telecalling roles is required. Candidates with experience in a similar industry or with relevant product knowledge will be given preference.
