About the Role: As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and convert leads into sales. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and maintain fruitful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Lead Conversion: Present products/services persuasively and effectively to close sales deals.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and communication.
4. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge about our offerings to address customer queries and concerns accurately.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
6. Data Management: Update customer information, interactions, and transactions accurately in the database.
7. Feedback Reporting: Provide insights and feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
8. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies and regulations in all interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: The minimum qualification required is 10th grade, although a graduate degree is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles is essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to close deals effectively.
• Persistence: Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and bounce back quickly.
