About the Role: As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and convert leads into sales. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and maintain fruitful relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Lead Conversion: Present products/services persuasively and effectively to close sales deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge about our offerings to address customer queries and concerns accurately.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Data Management: Update customer information, interactions, and transactions accurately in the database.
- Feedback Reporting: Provide insights and feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies and regulations in all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: The minimum qualification required is 10th grade, although a graduate degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to close deals effectively.
