Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers from provided leads or generated lists to promote products or services.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing relevant information about our offerings.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to purchase products or avail services, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Lead Conversion: Effectively convert leads into sales opportunities by nurturing relationships and overcoming objections.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely closure of deals and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update databases with relevant information.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to graduate level. A higher educational qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally, and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
