Role Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade customers to take desired actions.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information and maintain a database of qualified leads for follow-up.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and concerns. Address any inquiries or objections professionally and courteously to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with interested prospects. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and timely follow-up.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Maintain updated records and track progress towards sales targets.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Implement effective strategies to maximize productivity and optimize results.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Goal-oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads to achieve objectives.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends and sales techniques.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software for data entry and reporting.
