Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our customer service operations. You will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients over the phone, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to address their queries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services to customers.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.

Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) up to Graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to identify customer needs, address concerns, and offer appropriate solutions on time.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
