Job Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared list or database provided by the company. Introduce our products/services and highlight their benefits to potential customers.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Data Management: Keep detailed records of all calls made and outcomes achieved. Update customer information in the database accurately and on time to ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including sales representatives and supervisors, to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner. Ability to engage customers effectively and convey information persuasively.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
