Job Title: Telecaller

Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products and services. Your main duties will include:
- Outbound Calling: Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers courteously and professionally to understand their needs and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Sales Pitch: Delivering compelling sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase our products/services.
- Lead Generation: Generating leads and maintaining a database of potential customers through effective call management and follow-up strategies.
- Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer acquisition.
- Maintaining Records: Recording accurate and detailed information about customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in the database.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve organizational goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously updating product knowledge and refining sales techniques to enhance performance and achieve better results.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade education required. Graduation degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Persistence: Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for maintaining records and managing customer interactions.
