Position: Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in our sales and customer service efforts, engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote our products and services. Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database. Introduce our products and services, explain their benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
2. Customer Follow-up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and promote additional products or services.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outbound calling efforts. Gather relevant information and update our CRM system with accurate details.
4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in call handling.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and retain their business.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with information about our products, services, and promotional offers. Be prepared to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information to facilitate sales.
7. Adhere to Compliance Standards: Follow company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, to ensure ethical and lawful conduct in all interactions with customers.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner. Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers quickly. Empathetic listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns effectively.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections gracefully. Maintain a positive attitude and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software. Familiarity with call center equipment and telephony systems is an advantage.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Willingness to support team members and contribute to collective goals.
