Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our products or services. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, make sales, and maintain good customer relationships. Your daily tasks will involve making outbound calls, handling inbound calls, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to introduce our products or services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from various sources, including databases, social media, and referrals.
- Sales: Persuade potential customers to purchase our products or services by highlighting their features and benefits.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer information and interactions in the database.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade. A higher degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers to make purchasing decisions.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and persistently.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
