Job Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for:
- Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential customers from a provided database or leads list. Your primary objective will be to introduce our products/services, explain their features, and persuade prospects to make a purchase or set up appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs, addressing their queries, and providing relevant information about our offerings.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, upsell additional products/services, and gather feedback.
- Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions in the database, updating customer information, and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaboration: Coordinating with the sales team to provide timely support and facilitate seamless customer experiences.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Following company scripts, guidelines, and policies during calls to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (high school) to Graduate.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice tone.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and persuade customers effectively.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Target Orientation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
