Job Description:

Position: Telecaller
Location: Yamuna Nagar
Education: 12th to Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age: 18 years to 40 years
Gender: Male/Female


  1. Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in meaningful conversations to promote our products/services.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts, maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes in our database.
  4. Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and addressing their needs effectively.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  6. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any unresolved issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products/services in the market.
  8. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  9. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times to ensure ethical conduct and maintain the integrity of our brand.
