Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts, maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes in our database.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and addressing their needs effectively.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any unresolved issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products/services in the market.
- Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times to ensure ethical conduct and maintain the integrity of our brand.
Requirements:
