Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads or set appointments. Your role will involve engaging with individuals over the phone, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying the value proposition of our products/services. This position requires a proactive and persuasive approach to communication, as well as the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  3. Product/Service Promotion: Present information about our products or services in a compelling manner to pique interest and generate leads.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients, if applicable.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions to ensure a favorable impression of the company.
  6. Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the database.
  7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, or appointments set.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduation.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or a related field.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders; male, female, and others are encouraged to apply.
