Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided contact list or leads generated through various channels.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers to generate interest and drive sales.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts and effectively follow up on leads provided by marketing campaigns.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information, feedback, and interactions in the database.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding ethical conduct, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) is required. Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role is mandatory.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Abilities:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (or other local languages) with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence potential customers and close sales deals.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries/complaints promptly.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with a positive attitude.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills to navigate CRM software and record customer interactions accurately.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to team goals.
