Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients over the phone, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to take desired actions, such as scheduling appointments or making purchases. Your ability to articulate product/service features and benefits compellingly will be crucial in driving sales and fostering positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Pitch: Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
- Handle Objections: Address customer concerns and objections professionally and persuasively to overcome barriers to sales.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales process.
- Database Management: Update customer records and interaction details accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the team leader.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively over the phone.
- Resilience: Resilient attitude towards rejection and ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
