Role Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  5. Documentation: Accurately record all interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating effective follow-up actions.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback, participate in training sessions, and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to continuously improve performance and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in Kannada and proficiency in English or other languages would be an advantage.
