Key Responsibilities:

  6. Data Management: Accurately document all interactions and relevant information in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive tracking and reporting of leads and conversions.
  7. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving predetermined targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).


  • Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 10th grade, although higher education is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field is required. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Persistence: Resilience and persistence in engaging with leads, overcoming objections, and converting opportunities into sales.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
