Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and provide assistance as needed. Your duties will include:
1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, building rapport and trust to effectively communicate our offerings.
2. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or take action.
3. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively convey information to customers and address their concerns.
5. Data Management: Update customer information in the database accurately, record interactions, and maintain detailed records of transactions, inquiries, and feedback for future reference.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction to contribute to the overall success of the team.
7. Follow-Up: Follow up with customers via phone calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any additional needs or concerns they may have.
8. Adhere to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while conducting calls to ensure ethical and legal compliance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, although freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
