Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects in meaningful conversations to introduce our products or services.
- Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our offerings. You will be expected to effectively communicate this information to potential customers and address any queries they may have.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening during phone conversations. Accurately document relevant information and update our CRM system with details of each interaction.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Maintain regular communication to nurture these leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Take ownership of your targets and implement proactive strategies to achieve them.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Feedback: Collect feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products or services. Communicate any recurring issues or suggestions for improvement to the relevant departments within the company.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum educational qualification from 10th grade to graduation. A higher level of education may be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role for a minimum of 3 years. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner. Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and convey information persuasively.
- Persistence: Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and objections positively. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from every interaction are essential.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and maximize productivity during calling hours.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. Willingness to support team members and share best practices.
- Technological Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management. Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools as required.
