Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads or set appointments. You will also handle inbound calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively to secure sales appointments or generate leads for the sales team.
- Inbound Call Handling: Receive incoming calls from customers, address their queries, provide information about products/services, and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and understanding their needs and preferences.
- Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales leads, and appointment setting.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards in communication, maintaining professionalism, and following company policies and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback, participate in training sessions, and implement learning to enhance performance and achieve personal and team goals.
Qualifications:Thoubal
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
- Age: 18 years to 40 years.
- Gender: Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
