Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, effectively communicating our products and services. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products and services. You'll be responsible for initiating meaningful conversations and effectively conveying the value proposition.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with customers in our database. Organize and manage call lists efficiently to maximize productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing or sales environment.
