Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and maintain client relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script to introduce our products/services, explain their features, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
  2. Customer Engagement: Respond to incoming calls from customers, answer inquiries, and provide information about our offerings. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach efforts. Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
  4. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convince customers to purchase our products/services. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance, addressing their needs, and offering solutions that align with their requirements.
  6. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and sales transactions in the company's database. Keep detailed and organized records of all interactions with customers.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during all interactions with customers. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure ethical conduct at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service roles.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders (male and female).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, empathize with their needs, and provide effective solutions.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office applications, and internet browsing.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as per business requirements.
