Job Telecaller

Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and maintain customer relationships. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, convey product information persuasively, and convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Customer Engagement: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, address inquiries, and promote our offerings effectively.
- Product Promotion: Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions clearly and persuasively to generate interest and drive sales.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive questioning and listening to customer requirements.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain customer interest and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Targets Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company through proactive calling efforts.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints, issues, or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass to Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to persuade, influence, and close sales over the phone.
- Customer-centric: Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Target-driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
