Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Solan

Position Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and promote our products or services effectively.
  3. Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  4. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales or appointments.
  5. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers to nurture relationships and facilitate sales closures.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update the database with relevant information.
  7. Targets Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and strategies to enhance sales performance.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree.Solan
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders – male and female.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English (additional proficiency in local languages is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Persuasive negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
