Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone. Your duties will include:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiating outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. These calls will be aimed at promoting our products/services, explaining their benefits, and persuading customers to make a purchase or avail of our services.
  2. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  3. Maintaining Records: Accurately maintaining call logs, updating customer databases, and recording relevant information such as customer inquiries, feedback, and interactions.
  4. Meeting Targets: Working towards and achieving set targets for call volumes, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  5. Providing Information: Providing accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, promotions, and any other relevant details.
  6. Resolving Queries: Addressing customer queries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Adhering to Guidelines: Following company scripts, protocols, and guidelines for communication with customers to maintain consistency and professionalism in interactions.
  8. Continuous Learning: Keeping abreast of product updates, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-study to enhance your effectiveness as a Telecaller.


  • Education: A minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) is required. Graduates are preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Applicants must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the language(s) relevant to the target customer base. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Persuasive Abilities: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convince customers and close sales.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections gracefully.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for call management and data entry.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and pressure positively while maintaining motivation and focus on achieving targets.
