Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers while also handling inbound calls. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, answer queries, and provide information to customers, all while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively and effectively communicate the benefits to generate interest and secure sales appointments.
  2. Inbound Call Handling: Efficiently handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information about products/services, and resolving complaints or issues on time. Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly. Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Data Management: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and transactions in the database. Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of all communications, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  5. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and facilitate the sales process. Provide necessary support to the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  6. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines during customer interactions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards at all times.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade (High School) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Ability to persuade and influence customers to take desired actions.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Resilience: Resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
