Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, connecting with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with individuals, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to take desired actions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database or leads generated through various channels.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers, emphasizing how they fulfill their needs.
  3. Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers through engaging conversations, actively listening to their queries, and addressing their concerns professionally.
  4. Lead Conversion: Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into customers, meeting or exceeding set conversion targets.
  5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
  6. Data Management: Accurately maintain records of interactions, customer details, and outcomes in the designated CRM system.
  7. Adaptability: Adapt to changes in scripts, strategies, and products/services to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
  4. Gender: This opportunity is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in the local language (add language if applicable) and proficiency in Hindi or English.
  6. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence others, with a confident and convincing demeanor.
  7. Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer operations and familiarity with CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).
