Job Telecaller (Siddipet)

Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, database management, and other lead generation techniques to expand our customer base.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and assist customers throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records and facilitate future communication.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to optimize sales strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) is required. Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is necessary. Experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and the local language are essential. The ability to articulate product/service features persuasively and handle objections effectively is crucial.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and adapt communication styles to suit diverse customer profiles.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals is advantageous.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office suite) and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
