6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company by effectively converting leads into sales.
7. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and suggestions for improvement.
8. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, while conducting telecalling activities.

Requirements:

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and the local language.
