About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our organization's communication efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to take desired actions. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and contributing to our overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, highlight key features, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  2. Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of potential customers to determine if our offerings align with their interests. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and escalate qualified leads to the appropriate sales team.
  3. Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospects through effective communication and active listening. Understand their pain points and demonstrate how our solutions can address their needs.
  4. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, address any additional queries, and guide them through the sales process. Keep accurate records of interactions and update customer databases accordingly.
  5. Targets Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Strive to continuously improve conversion rates and optimize calling strategies to maximize results.
  6. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the management regarding customer sentiments, market trends, and potential areas for improvement in our products/services or sales approach.


  • Education: Minimum qualification from 12th grade to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone demeanor.
  • Persuasion: Proven ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent and motivated in achieving targets.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing scripts, strategies, or market dynamics.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
