Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in our organization by engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up appointments for further discussion. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products or services.
  2. Explain the features and benefits of our offerings compellingly.
  3. Identify and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
  5. Handle objections and rejections positively to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  6. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  7. Provide accurate information to customers and address their inquiries promptly.
  8. Record and maintain detailed records of interactions in the database.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  10. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.


  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass to Graduate.
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions.
  • Age between 18 years to 40 years.
