Job Responsibilities:

  2. Sales and Promotion: Promote our products/services effectively to potential customers. Utilize persuasive communication skills to generate interest and close sales deals over the phone.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound calling. Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of leads for follow-up purposes.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance and resolving their concerns promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize productivity and drive revenue growth.
  6. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to tailor sales pitches and improve overall performance.
  7. Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of all interactions with customers, including sales transactions, inquiries, and complaints. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) up to Graduate level.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Empathetic listener with a customer-centric approach.
  5. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets. Understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  7. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software.
  8. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
