Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting our products or services. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers, responding to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally. Build rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs, and providing relevant solutions or information.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to effectively address customer queries and promote offerings. Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotional offers to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Sales Support: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by highlighting product benefits, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the sales process. Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and urgency, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction. Document all interactions accurately, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase, gather feedback, and address any additional concerns or questions. Maintain regular communication with customers to foster long-term relationships and loyalty to our brand.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information in our database. Generate reports as required to track performance metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass to the Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or sales.
- Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and deliver solutions effectively.
