Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our organization, responsible for establishing connections with potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided. Introduce our products/services, highlight their benefits, and persuade customers to engage further or make a purchase.
  2. Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from customers seeking information, assistance, or clarification regarding our offerings. Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a genuine interest in addressing their needs. Maintain regular contact to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services, including features, pricing, and promotions. Effectively communicate this information to customers to enhance their understanding and drive sales.
  5. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions. Ensure that all information is properly documented and updated in the CRM system.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines at all times. Ensure that all communication with customers is conducted in a professional manner and by established standards.


  • Education: A minimum of a 12th-grade diploma is required. Graduates preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
  • Age: Must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer applications and CRM software for data entry and management.
